JIT-Just in time Compilers

When MSIL compiled code needs to be executed, the CLR invokes the JIT compiler which in turn compiles the MSIL code to native code for execution.

JITers are different from traditional compilers in many ways, as their name suggests, they compile the MSIL to native code only when desired i.e. just in time of need. If some MSIL code is converted to native code then the next time when it is needed , the CLR uses the same copy without re-compiling it.
