What is the difference between GUI_unload() and GUI_close()?

GUI_open/close is used for opening a GUI map for writing and closing it after editing (e.g. to make dynamic changes/additions to it),
GUI_load/unload is sort of like the read-only mode: it's what you use to load and unload a GUI map so your script can identify GUI objects at run time easily.
